The Judicial Mafia are international. America is the world's only hope of Liberation.

2007-12-23

Dear Doc, The Judicial Mafia are international.America is the world's only hope of Liberation. Jack McLamb's approach is to win the hearts and minds of the poor smucks whom the evil Judges get to do their dirty work, ie: the Police, the Sheriffs and, ultimately, the Military. It's like that scene in an old Paul Muni movie ("Juarez") where he played the part of Benito Juarez andhe faced the Mexican soldiers who were order to shoot him ...but he walked up to them and they refused to shoot ...and they let him pass through their ranks to arrest the Governor (who was appointed by the French King to rule that French colony) ...and Mexico became a Republic. It's that time, again. It's time to win the hearts and minds of uniformed Americans and depose the Tyrants. Yours sincerely, John Wilson. ----- Original Message ----- From: JAIL4Judges To: JAIL4Judges Sent: Tuesday, December 18, 2007 3:22 PM Subject: Re: * * * Understanding Judicial Commissions * * *

Ron Branson's experience is almost identical to my own when I tried to
pursue criminal prosecution of my family court judge for judicial
wrongdoing and felonies.

The judiciary has it set up so that there is no agency that can prosecute
them. Each agency that statutorily SHOULD prosecute defers it to a
different agency, "jurisdictionally" which then refers it back again to
the original one and so on ad nauseum. In the end, the judges just assume
"judicial immunity" even if the charges are criminal (See below a ways). I
even was turned away by the F.B.I. despite the terrorist actions and
flagrant constitutional violations of my judge (violative of federal law
and including seditious acts committed during the discharge of official
duties) who referred me to same AG's office or the Judicial Inquiryy
Commission that claimed lack of jurisdiction before. Ring-around-a-Rosy.
What I got for persistently hunting down a terrorist judge was targeted,
vindictive punishment by same, with complete losss of my two children,
ostensibly perpetrated "under color of law" and supported actively or
indirectly by every government agency, state or federal.

As Ron Branson asserts, "...as a practical matter, there is no way to go
after judges criminally."

As incriminating, Ron adds he read over a current Los Angeles County Grand
Jury Report. (Every year there is published an annual report.) The
Report
stated that more complaints are filed with the Los Angeles County Grand
Jury about judges than any other position in government, including police
officers and jails, but added that they were precluded by statute from
even investigating a judge for wrongdoing; that these complaints had to be
directed to the California Commission on Judicial Performance.

But as we all know, judicial commissions receive numerous complaints, yet
never prosecute a judge or find any wrongdoing - they print a few thousand
identical standard forms with the proper headers and include the same
terse statement to the claimant 'that after careful consideation, the
commission finds no evidence of wrongdoing by the judge named.'

In Alabama, we know of not a single case where a judge was found guilty of
unethical behavior. Amazing, when one stops and thinks about that
pristine record, isn't it?

If this is not a Medussa head dictatorship, I don't know what is.

Doc
